What happens if the day of my rental is bad weather?

We will give you two options. Either exchange it for another day or give you your money back.

What happens if I have to cancel my rental for any reason other than weather?

Cancellation within 48 hours will be free of charge. If cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the date of cancellation, 50% of the total amount will be charged and if cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the date of cancellation, 100% of the rental amount will be charged.

What qualifications do I need?

To be able to pilot our boats you need to have a basic navigation license.

How is the process of reception and delivery of the ship?

We will meet you at one of our moorings and take care of getting the boat to the harbor entrance.

How is the process of returning the boat?

We meet you at the harbor entrance, take you to the gas station for refueling and pilot the boat back to the mooring.

When do I have to arrive at the mooring to start my rental?

We will always ask you to come 15 minutes before departure time.

What happens if I am late in picking up the boat?

Sorry, the delay time will be subtracted from the final duration of the rental. Therefore, we ask for punctuality

How far can I sail?

We have a wide sailing area that covers about 25 nautical miles. We have certain limits for safety. Towards Marbella the limit would be the Calaburra Lighthouse and towards Malaga the limit would be the Port of Malaga. Always not being able to go farther than 2 miles from the coast.

How close can I get to the shore?

Maritime regulations are very strict in this regard. A minimum of 200 meters between the vessel and the coast must always be respected. These standards apply throughout the year. In addition, in summer, we have the bathers’ area, which is delimited by yellow buoys.

Can I stop at a nearby port to moor the ship for some time?

No

Can I bring pets?

No, pets are not allowed.

Can I bring food and beverages?

Yes, no problem. We recommend that you do not bring glass
